BOOTS HAUL

1. LIZ EARLE Cleanse & Polish

This is a re-purchase, although I've never purchased the 200ml bottle before. This product has been part of my daily routine for two years and I just can't let anyone else take its place. It is just perfect for me. It is freaking amazing at removing makeup and most importantly waterproof mascara. It's the most refreshing cleanser ever, leaves my skin so clean and keeps me from breaking out.

2. LIZ EARLE Pure Muslin Cloths

You could use a flannel or any other muslin cloths with this cleanser but I just like to buy the Liz Earle ones. I like things to match and they are nice quality.

3. SOAP & GLORY The Fab Pore Moisture Lotion

All I do is worry about breaking out when I apply moisturiser, I'd wanted to try The Fab Pore moisturiser for a while as it is more suited to people with oily skin and the ingredients are meant to be blemish fighting.  I'm excited to use and review this.

4. AUSSIE 3 Minute Miracle Colour Deep Treatment

I've never tried the Colour version of this and I have highlights at the moment so wanted to give this a go. I enjoyed using the original so hopefully this will be a good'un.

5. CHARLES WORTHINGTON Hair Healer Leave-In Conditioner

It is so handy that when you open the cap you can turn it upside down to re-seal and use again, genius. The worst thing ever is when you still have product left in a tester and it just spills because there is no way to seal it back up, well, there are ways but this is the easiest way!

Not sure what to expect, just thought I'd give it a go, and I just thought the sachets looked so cute.

6. CHARLES WORTHINGTON Mineral Hair Rescue Masque

I love a good hair mask so I'm excited to see how this works, my hair has been driving me mad recently, it's definitely damaged from being coloured. Hopefully this helps. Again, I love that I can re-seal this.

SUNDAY POST #2 - MY JULY

Tidied up my crazy makeup area! I'm running out of storage, as usual.

Was supporting USA in the World Cup when England went out as I've mentioned so many times, I love America haha. I also supported Argentina, I love Messi, bless him.

We had sooo many thunder storms in July, the first one was absolutely crazy in the middle of the night and was so loud it was actually terrifying. The next few weren't as scary BUT the latest one was the craziest and went on for about 3- 4 hours non-stop, in Brighton it did anyway...!

Me, my sister and Peter watching the storm.

Yummy Frankie & Benny's starter - Bruschetta Potato Skins

Found a weiner dog card! <3

Went on lots of walks :)

This photo looks so LA to me haha. Enjoying the super hot weather!

Went to the beach. I feel so lucky to live near the beach.

What a pose!

We've been looking after out neighbour's cat whilst she went on holiday. As you can see he loves to sit in the weirdest positions. I love him.

Thanks for reading and following me! I hope you had a lovely July, and if it wasn't too great I hope you have a lovely August! <3

GLOSSYBOX JULY 2014 | STARS AND STRIPES

I've been waiting for you cute little AMERICAN box :)

I had unsubscribed to Glossybox a few months ago as the boxes were getting more and more disappointing, but I made a reminder to make sure I get this box when it gets to July as I knew it was going to be American themed - I'm obsessed with the US :') The theme is STARS & STRIPES (American) to celebrate the 4th July and the products included in the box are, made in the USAAAAA - get it? Sorry also a huge Demi Lovato fan.

BELLAPIERRE COSMETICS Mineral Lipstick 'Ruby' | Full Size - £20

I am always looking for a good red lipstick, this one looks beautiful so I cannot wait to try it. I can't believe this costs £20 and is in my box. Well done Glossybox. This lipstick protects against the sun which is cool and is made up of natural ingredients! Moisturising and long lasting colour, nice!

TARTE Lights, Camera, Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara | Full Size - £19.50

I can't believe I got this mascara in my box! I've been eyeing this up for so long. I LOVE the packaging, I don't know why! Apparently lengthening, curling, volumising and conditioning, I can't wait to try this out to see if that's really true. This mascara costs £19.50, so I'm very impressed with Glossybox, it's slightly cheaper on QVC at the moment (click the heading). I'm soo excited!

ABSOLUTE NEW YORK Perfecting Eyeshadow Primer | Full Size - $4.99/ £2.90

I am quite happy with the eyeshadow primers I have at the moment, but I am so up for comparing this. It's cheaper than my others and sounds pretty nice, we will see.

CARMEX Lip Balm | Full Size - £2.69

I do really like Carmex and it's cool that this is an American product but we've had Carmex in England for a very long time, so I'm not too excited about this. However, it is an effective product which nourishes, protects and soothes chapped lips and I would repurchase it anyway, maybe not in the original scent, that's the only thing I'm not a fan of. Luckily they make other scents.

COLOR CLUB 'Glossy Seal' Nail Polish | Full Size $8/ £4.70

This shade has been created especially for this months Glossybox. I don't own this shade of blue and it's so lovely, obviously related to the box theme, awesome! I love that Color Club nail polishes are formulated with only non-toxic, cruelty free ingredients, it's a plus as the colour, pigmentation and lasting power of their polishes are just as awesome. I own a few of their polishes and think they are great!

I'm really impressed with the July box, partly because of the Stars & Stripes theme. I am so in love with the box I've placed it very nicely on my desk (I'm so sad). But I'm also very impressed by all of the products placed in my box - I will definitely use all of them! Maybe I will subscribe to Glossybox again.

You can subscribe to Glossybox and get the July box here, all the links to the products are in the headings.

BIRCHBOX JULY 2014 REVIEW

This month's theme is 'Sun, Sean & Sand', to be honest, I don't think any of these products have anything to do with the sun, sea and sand...

BALANCE ME Wonder Eye Cream | Full Size - £20

I'm always looking for eye creams so I am VERY excited to try this. I really like Balance Me as their products are a lot more natural than other products, they also smell amazing. This eye cream will (hopefully) brighten under the eyes and keep wrinkles at bay.

MODELS OWN Nail Polish 'Rocket' | Full Size - £5

I'm not sure about this, the colour, the glitter. This nail polish is part of the Model's Own Fireworks range, which does look pretty cool, but not really for me, maybe I'd wear it on November 5th. I don't know, I just really can't see myself wearing it, maybe it would look nicer on the nails than in the bottle.

FILOSOFILLE 4 Sided Nail Buffer

No thank you. I hate these things, what a rubbish lifestyle extra, for me anyway. I would rather have received the Ultradex. There's really not much I can say about this product, I think we all know what a 4 sided nail buffer is? 1. File 2. Buffer 3. Polish 4. Shine.

LAQA & CO Lip Lube Pencil 'Menatour' | Full Size - £14

I am really not sure about this colour, it's bright purple! I won't wear that. I saw another shade others received and I so wish I got that one. Although I'm not a fan of the colour, it is meant to be a sheer pencil, so maybe it won't look too bright on the lips. I'd like to see what the staying power is like. The packaging and name of this is pretty cute.

WHISH Lavender Body Butter | Full Size £14.50

I'm quite a fan of lavender products but I don't think this smells much like lavender. I think the packaging is cute, retro, I love the colour. I seem to receive a body butter/lotion in my box each month, which is getting a bit boring, but oh well. Will see how I get on with this one :)

BENEFIT The Porefessional | £24.50

I already have this product so I wasn't too excited to see this in my box, but really I feel grateful to see a Benefit product as they are pretty expensive! I think this is a great primer and highly recommend it, it feels so silky on the skin, evens out my skin tone and just really looks lovely.

This was probably my least favourite Birchbox so far, I'm really sad to say that as they've been so good the last few months. This box had nothing to do with it's theme, Birchbox could have got a little more creative I think. The majority of these products I probably won't use, I know that's not their fault.

You can subscribe to Birchbox here  all the links to the products are in the headings.

What did you think of this box? Can you recommend any other beauty boxes, apart from Glossybox :)
